Sauls Solutions

Expert Design

The wire, the network, the system behind it.

Networks, smart home, and security — designed for the building you actually live in. I plan it, install it, and document it, so it still works six months from now when someone else is poking around the closet.

  • Home & small-business networking
  • Wi-Fi coverage & mesh design
  • Structured cabling & patch panels
  • Smart home (lighting, switches, sensors, hubs)
  • Camera systems & NVR
  • Access control & alarm integration
  • System design that doesn't depend on one app

Precision Diagnostics

Figure out what's actually wrong.

Most botched jobs are misdiagnosed, not failed. Before I touch a wrench or open an enclosure, I want to know what's actually broken — what's downstream, what's intermittent, what looks fine but isn't. Pinning down the real problem is usually 80% of the fix.

  • Mechanical & electrical troubleshooting
  • Network & connectivity diagnosis
  • Smart home & automation debugging
  • Camera & security system audits
  • Intermittent / "worked yesterday" problems
  • Root-cause investigation, not symptom-patching

Comprehensive Repair

The everyday fixes, and the ones nobody else will look at.

Structural repair, water damage, doors and hardware, the long list of things that go wrong in a house. Plus the awkward calls — tight access, weird configurations, repairs everyone else said couldn't be done.

  • Structural & framing repair
  • Water & rot damage
  • Doors, locks, hinges, hardware
  • Plumbing fixture repair
  • Decks, railings, posts
  • Custom fabrication when no standard part fits
  • Field-expedient fixes
  • "Can you take a look at this?" calls

Straight line from broken to fixed.

  1. 01

    You call. I listen.

Tell me what's wrong, what you've tried, and what "fixed" looks like to you. Photos help.

  2. 02

    I figure it out.

Diagnose the actual problem — not the convenient one. If a part needs fabricating, I'll make it. If it needs sourcing, I know where.

  3. 03

    Straight quote.

Honest pricing, clear scope. You'll know what's getting fixed and what it costs before I start.

  4. 04

    Done right the first time.

I finish the job. I clean up. I stand behind it. If something isn't right, I come back.

The questions people actually ask.

Do you really do all of that — trades AND tech?

Yes. That's the point. Houses don't divide neatly into trades. The wall, the wire running through it, the smart switch on the surface, and the bracket holding the camera up outside — that's one job, not four. I do them.

What if it's something you haven't done before?

I'll tell you. If I think I can figure it out, I'll quote it that way and you can decide. If I can't, I'll say so and point you toward someone who can. No bluffing.

Where do you work?

Residential and light-commercial within a reasonable drive. Send your zip code with your inquiry and I'll confirm.

How fast can you get to it?

Same day for urgent calls when I can swing it. Otherwise, expect a reply within one business day and a site visit shortly after.

Do you do quick jobs, or only big ones?

Both. Half-day repairs are fine. Multi-week projects are fine. Tell me the scope and I'll quote honestly.

What's the smallest weird thing you've fixed?

Ask me. Better yet — tell me the weird thing you have, and I'll tell you whether I've seen something like it.

Tell me what's broken.
I'll tell you the plan.

The weirder the problem, the more interested I am. Photos help.

Got it. I'll be in touch within a business day.
